We’ll dim the lights and reduce video and audio where we can. There’ll also be a comfy quiet space in case you need a few minutes out. Our friendly front of house team will be there to give you a warm welcome and support your visit.
Quiet Hour may particularly suit visitors who are Neurodivergent and prefer a calmer, quieter sensory environment.
Please note:
At 1pm, our audio, video and lighting in the museum will return to standard levels. Visitors joining us for Quiet Hour are most welcome to stay and continue exploring the galleries if they wish.
Norwich Castle Café will open at 1pm.
